Returns

  • You have 15Β calendar days to return an item from the date you received the item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.


Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Health and personal care items (if opened)


Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • The refund will be processed within 2-20 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bankβ€”it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

FAQs About Returns

What is the deadline to apply for a return?

You must apply within 15 days of receiving the item(s). To return items, you must keep them in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging.

If you are returning multiple items from the same seller, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

A full refund will be given once we have received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund!

Your refund will be returned using the same method used for the original payment of the purchase.

If you have received a defective or damaged product, firstly let un know and we can arrange the same product after returned.
